BullBench Pvt. Ltd. (“BullBench”, “we”, “us”) operates the website bullbench.in. Our registered office is at B-506, Landmark, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
2. What we collect
When you fill our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and message. When you open WhatsApp via our site we collect the name, phone number and interest you submit to the pre-chat form — these are used only to compose your WhatsApp message and are not stored on our servers.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
5. Third-party processors
Our contact form is delivered through Resend (a transactional email provider). WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp infrastructure. By using these features you agree to those providers' privacy practices.
6. Data retention
We retain enquiry emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up — typically up to 24 months — after which they are deleted.
7. Your rights
You may at any time email us at info@bullbench.in to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us.
